First Coaching Session: What to Expect
A grounded way to understand your situation when you feel stuck and unsure what to do next
If you are going through a period of change — personal, professional, or internal — and you are unsure what comes next, this discovery session offers a safe, non-judgmental, and structured space to explore what is happening instead of staying stuck inside it.
This is not about “fixing” your life or pushing you into decisions. It is a grounded starting point for making sense of where you are
and deciding how to move through this transition in a sustainable way.
What We Will Focus On
⸻
During this 60-minute 1:1 session, we will:
- Clarify what is actually happening in your current situation.
- Identify what is keeping you stuck.
- Distinguish real change from fear, pressure, or exhaustion.
- Create a first point of orientation — something you can move forward from.
This work brings clarity and structure to what currently feels chaotic.

FAQs
What is a coaching session like?
A coaching session is a structured conversation where you talk through your situation, are asked thoughtful questions, and often start seeing things differently as you speak, without advice or pressure.
Is one session enough?
One session will not solve everything, but it can already bring clarity and help you understand what your next step could be.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you feel stuck, keep thinking about the same situation without getting anywhere, or sense that something is not quite right but cannot fully see it, this kind of conversation can help you slow down and finally understand what is actually going on.
Why would I need a coach if I can think about this on my own?
You can think about it on your own, and most people do. But often we stay inside the same patterns, going over the same thoughts without seeing anything new. A coaching session creates a different kind of space — where you are guided by questions, slowed down, and able to notice what you normally miss. That is where things start to shift.
How can I prepare for the session?
You do not need to prepare anything specific. If you already have something on your mind: a situation, a question, or a decision you are trying to make, you can bring it into the session. If not, we will figure it out together. It also helps to be in a quiet space where you will not be interrupted, have a stable connection, and feel comfortable. You might want to have some water nearby or a place to note things down, but nothing more is required.
