This session offers an opportunity to explore your situation more deeply, begin working through the challenges or decisions you are
currently navigating, and gain a firsthand understanding of the coaching process through real-time work on your situation.
It is also an opportunity to experience working together in a real coaching session before deciding whether you would like to continue.
Discovery Sessions are currently offered at a 50% introductory rate for first-time clients.

Yes, you can. You are welcome to ask practical questions about how I work, the coaching process, possible formats of support, or what working together may look like.
What if I am not sure what kind of support I need yet?
That is completely okay. Part of the purpose of this conversation is to help clarify what kind of support may be most appropriate for your current situation and your needs.
