About Me
Life & Career Transition Coach│Mentor│Founder of Wholeness Collective
I know what it means to start over, rebuild, and create a life you genuinely want to wake up to.
Now I help my clients do the same.
⸻
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an active ICF member, coach mentor, and founder of Wholeness Collective. I bring 400+ coaching hours working with clients across different countries and backgrounds, alongside 10 years of experience in multinational corporate environments across finance, business analysis, and solutions roles.
Today, I have built a life and career that feel deeply aligned with who I am — doing work I genuinely love, building my own business, living abroad, and creating a life centered around freedom, purpose, and fulfillment.
But this path was not linear. I have navigated personal loss, health challenges, relocation, identity shifts, career uncertainty, and the experience of rebuilding my life and career from scratch in a new country.
You can use both my personal experience and professional expertise to navigate your own transition with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust — without spending years stuck in fear, confusion, or a life that no longer fits.
How Coaching Entered My Life
“I reached a point where I no longer wanted my future to be defined by what had happened to me.”
Coaching entered my life during a period when I had already done deep therapeutic work that helped me process pain and better understand my past.
Therapy gave me something incredibly valuable. But eventually, I reached a point where I no longer wanted every conversation to stay focused on what had already happened. I wanted to understand who I was beyond pain: my needs, desires, boundaries, how I made decisions, and what kind of life I truly wanted to build moving forward.
I needed a space that felt more future-focused — a space where I could explore what was possible, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with support. Coaching became that space for me; first as a tool to help myself rebuild, and eventually the work I now use to help others navigate uncertainty, identity shifts, and major life transitions of their own.

Things I Know To Be True
You can outgrow a life that once made sense.
You can achieve success and still crave something deeper.
You can feel uncertain and still move forward.
You can rebuild at any stage of life.
You can become your own stability.
And sometimes one honest conversation changes everything.

What Shapes My Coaching Approach
My coaching style combines emotional depth with practical clarity.
Transitions are rarely just about changing a job, relationship, or location. They often challenge your identity, your confidence, your
sense of direction, and the future you thought you were building.
That is why our work goes deeper than surface-level goal setting. Together, we explore what is keeping you stuck, what feels unclear,
and what needs to change so you can move forward in a way that feels both honest and sustainable.
Clients often tell me they value the space I create — deeply safe, honest, and supportive, while also helping them turn reflection and
insights into clear decisions, accountability, and real action. My approach is never one-size-fits-all: I know when to challenge,
when to slow things down, and when to create space for what needs to emerge.
The best way to experience this work is through a Discovery Session.

Life Beyond Work
Beyond coaching, I feel most alive when I am traveling, sharing ideas through my newsletter, reading, spending time in nature, moving my body through running, yoga, and pilates, and having meaningful conversations that expand how I see life.
I deeply value slow mornings, time with myself, continuous learning, experiences that help me keep growing.
These moments keep me grounded, inspired, and connected to the kind of life I help others create for themselves.
